That is how she treats each of her professional trainees, her staff and the over 10,000 young people that she has taught etiquette to for over 30+ years. She will be the first to admit that her wonderful gift of teaching is a skill she has honed for many years. Her passion and her commitment to excellence is contagious, relevant and timeless.

Peggy, and her time-tested etiquette training, has been profiled on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN and Fox. The BBC (United Kingdom) produced a lead story on her etiquette training with children, which was aired around the world. Today, Personal Best’s® training division, The American School of Protocol®, certifies women and men to be etiquette consultants within their communities.[
